The Production Process:

• Blending: Slicer and DCC high-tech systems ensure uniformity and careful monitoring of humidity;
• Picking: all tobacco non conforming to the required colour grade (green tobacco, stalks, sprouts and mould) is removed by qualified
  personnel;
• Conditioning: modern cylinders guarantee a constant degree of tobacco’s humidity. Special atomizers are used to monitor consistency;
• Threshing: one of the most modern, high-tech systems separates the leaf material from stems, minimises waste and ensures a high hourly production capacity (kg/strips);
• Drying: curing of the tobacco strips;
• Presses: The final process consists in packaging the finished products and by-products using high-quality machines.
